Our website is here to educate you & explain the complications of drug & alcohol addiction. We would like to assist you in a healthy recovery. We hope that our website will give you the information & services that you need during your recovery. All forms of drug abuse, illicit or otherwise, place individuals at high risk of developing substance use disorders, & should be addressed immediately.
Taking the first step toward recovery is difficult. You may have a lot of questions and may be unsure where to begin.
Substitution Therapy - Suboxone, an opioid blocker, can be an important aid to your recovery. Suboxone is usually taken by mouth, twice a day, at home. Counseling & participation in 12 step programs is encouraged. Our Lehigh Valley, PA office is here to help.
Outpatient - At outpatient facilities, the patient is free to come & go as they please, while living at home. People often choose outpatient drug programs, when they have responsibilities outside of rehab, which may include; school, work, or other obligations.
Inpatient – The patient lives in an inpatient facility for the duration of their treatment. Inpatient facilities provide 24-hour service. The patient is removed from negative environments & friends, while participating in group therapy, as well as, counseling sessions. Inpatient includes; 30-day, 60-day, or 90-day programs.
One of the most common signs of addiction is a loss of control. Individuals who have addiction may engage in acts that are out of character, such as; behaving violently, driving while intoxicated, or even stealing.
